We strive to be as accurate and error-free as possible when describing our products on the website. Please understand that makeup shades may vary upon receipt due to reasons such as ambient light or monitor in which color shades were viewed. You acknowledge and accept that there may be differences between the actual goods and the way that they appear on our website. For example, the color tone may differ.
PAYMENT: We are an on-line business. Orders must be placed through our website.
We accept Credit Cards thru our secure checkout.
Product pricing is subject to change without notice.
TAX: Our Store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of New York.
SHIPPING: Please allow us 3 – 5 business days to processing time. Larger bulk or custom orders may require additional time but during sales events the delay can be longer than usual because of the higher volume of orders to process. A shipping notice will be emailed once shipped, please make sure to provide a valid email address and check your spam if you do not see correspondence from us. We ship first Class (USPS) United States Postal Service. USPS Priority mail is also available upon request at checkout. Currently, we are unable to accept international orders. We hope to be able to accommodate you in the future.
SHIPMENT TRACKING: We will provide you with a tracking number to follow your order’s journey to you. It’s the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and arrange a new delivery date. Both tracking number and courier’s name can be found in the shipping confirmation email.
BACK ORDERED OR OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS: Occasionally some products may run out of stock. We may ship a partial order or hold the whole order until items are available. Back Ordered items ship as soon as possible at no extra shipping charges to you.
CANCELATIONS: Once an order has been placed and registered, it is processed automatically and can no longer be canceled or modified. Please order carefully.
ERRORS / PROBLEMS: Your business is important to us. To help avoid issues, we will double check your order and pack everything carefully prior to shipping. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please let us know immediately so we can correct the problem and keep the original shipping box and packing material in order for us to put in a claim if needed. We may require photos of the damage as well as the items MUST be returned.
Once the damaged items are received, we will determine if an exchange or refund will be issued. Damages not reported within 7 days will not be validated.
RETURNS: We cannot refund/exchange products unless we have sent them to you in error or damaged. Please understand that we cannot re-stock products due to obvious hygiene & safety issues, therefore samples are the perfect way to experiment with colors to find your perfect match. Please take advantage of our inexpensive samples (where applicable) before purchasing full-sized products. We cannot refund shipping charges or return shipping charges on customer choice returns. Please note that all samples are non-returnable unless send in error. Cancellations (if ablicable) are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
SHIPMENT REFUSALS: Once you have placed an order, you or the “ship to party” are responsible for accepting delivery. If an order is returned due to it being refused or if no one is there to accept it, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and 15% restocking fee. If re-shipped, both way shipping charges will be imposed. No further orders will be shipped until your account is clear. Please make arrangements to accept your shipments.
